 St Arnaud House Hosted B&B, offers a range of rooms. 

A full cooked Breakfast is included in fare. 
 

  •  Margery's superb dinners, including dessert with a complimentary  wine or beer can be provided on request for $40.00 per person. (Margery can also provide lunches and for all dietary requirements, please let us know if you would like us to be aware of any food allergies etc)
  • We have a range of local, Marlborough & Nelson Wines and Beers available on request for purchase

Booking,  Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon check out.  
Your reservation is guaranteed once we have received your credit card details, with expiration date and your receipt of our confirmation verification. The balance is due on check-out together with any other sundries

    All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
    Tariff are per night inclusive of a generous breakfast and includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%     
Cancellation Policy:
Should we not be able to replace your canceled booking then the following will apply:
  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking price.
  • Due to our small and intimate nature, cancellations effect our business significantly. as most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a booking at late notice and for these reasons.
  • We will make every effort to rebook the room and reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy if no replacement booking is received.  We recommend adequate travel insurance to protect  against late cancellation penalties.
