All Rates include a full cooked Breakfast, with other meals and special diets by arrangement.
A evening home cooked New Zealand Dinner including dessert, with a complimentary local wine or beer can be provided on request for $30.00 per person.
Local Nelson and Marlborough Wine and Beer are available on request for an additional charge
All of our rooms are supplied with;
Toiletries, fresh towels & hairdryers, with electric blankets and extra blankets on all the beds for the colder nights.

- St Arnaud house is smoke free
- Accommodation at St Arnaud house is by reservation only
- All inquiries are welcomed by us
- Reservations are secured by payment of a deposit of 25% either by wire transfer, Cheque or credit card

Cancellation policy:
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to our following cancellation policy strictly.
- Within 30 days of arrival 25% charge
- within 14 days of arrival 50% charge
- within 3 days of arrival 75% charge
- If the canceled accommodation is successfully let, we will refund any payment made
