St Arnaud House Accommodation & Tariffs

 St Arnaud House offers a range of rooms to suit your budget. Facilities include

  • A full cooked Breakfast, with other meals and special diets by arrangement
  • Fresh towels & hairdryers
  • Toiletries
  • Electric blankets and extra blankets on all the beds for the colder nights

An evening home cooked New Zealand ( Kiwi) Dinner including dessert, with a complimentary  wine or beer can be provided on request for $30.00 per person.

Local  Malborough and Nelson Wines and Beer are available on request for an additional charge.

Booking,  Payment Policy:
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details. Full amount is payable upon check out. 

  • Your reservation is guaranteed once we have received your credit card details, with expiration date and your receipt of our confirmation verification. The balance is due on check-out together with any other sundries
  • Cash & Cheque
  • St Arnaud house is smoke free
  • Accommodation at St Arnaud house is by reservation only
  • All inquiries are welcomed by us

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.500%

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 30% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking price.
Due to our small and intimate nature, cancellations effect our business significantly. as most people book holidays well in advance, it is often difficult to replace a booking at late notice and for these reasons this policy is strictly adhered to.. 

Please note: there no ATM / cash machines in the village of St Arnaud
